Adds a FAQ section to the Snapshot page with aim to prevent operator confusion about the absence of a "full" snapshot option.

Good addition — this FAQ will prevent a lot of confusion for operators who expect a 'full' snapshot option similar to archive. The absence of documentation around this has been a common pain point in the node-operators channel.
